Our Advice Process

What you can
expect from us

  • We will provide the employee with general advice in relation to the employee benefits offered by the Employer, which advice shall extend to legal requirements and implications
  • We will review the benefit structure of the fund in order to establish whether it meets the requirements and objectives of the members, their dependents and the employer
  • We will act as a liaison between the employer and the administrator of the Fund
  • We ensure that the employer’s selected investment allocation consistently complies with all legislative requirements
  • We provide advice to members and the employer on anticipated and enacted amendments to retirement fund, social security and income tax legislation which may affect the fund and other employee benefits
  • We can offer advice to members in relation to the options available to them on termination of employment and/or retirement
  • We provide general technical advice and assist in obtaining legal opinions on matters relating to the fund and its related benefits
